Twice Weekly: This provides an allowance equivalent to 2 classes per week. You may use these classes flexibly within the current calendar month (e.g., miss one week, train extra the next).
Unlimited: Unlimited access to all regular classes.
Rollover Policy: Unused classes do not automatically roll over to the next month. If you know you will miss training due to illness, travel, or work, please contact us in advance to agree on a temporary carry-over.
2. Payments & Pricing
Commitment: Memberships are rolling monthly agreements. There are no long-term lock-in contracts.
Price Lock: Your monthly rate is fixed for your first 12 months. After this period, we reserve the right to review fees with 30 days' notice.
Failed Payments: If a direct debit fails, training privileges may be suspended until the balance is cleared.
3. Cancellations & Suspensions
Notice Period: We require 4 weeks' notice to cancel or suspend your membership.
How to Cancel: Contact us directly (via WhatsApp or email) to initiate cancellation.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or services already in progress.
4. Safety, Hygiene & Conduct
Assumption of Risk: Martial arts (Krav Maga & BJJ) involve physical contact. By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risk of injury and agree that Kinetic Zen is not liable for injuries sustained during normal training, provided reasonable care was taken.
Hygiene & Etiquette: For the safety of your training partners, please ensure fingernails are trimmed and training gear is clean.
Instructor Authority: Instructors reserve the right to remove anyone from class immediately if their behavior is deemed unsafe or disrespectful.
5. Media & Photos
Photography: We occasionally take photos or videos for training analysis and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the instructor before class starts.
6. Perks
Guest Policy: You may bring a friend or family member to try a class for free (please notify us in advance).
Referral Bonus: If you refer a friend who joins, you both receive 30% off one month's membership (applied after they have been a member for one month).
