Sorry to hear that you need to take a break or leave the club. We do our best to keep prices reasonable but they do have to go up occasionally especially if your membership lapses.

You may cancel your membership by giving at least one month’s notice at any time. Subject to all outstanding bills being paid your membership will end: (i) one month from the date you complete the cancellation form, or if not completed on a working day, the first working day (Monday to Friday) following completion; or (ii) on a later date requested in the cancellation form . Refunds are not possible on services already paid for. At the end of the notice period we will remove you from the membership and the insurance. Rejoining may be subject to joining fees and at then applicable rates.
On careful consideration we realised that large numbers of pauses for summer and Christmas vacations were making us financially non viable. We understand that sometimes you need to take a break and we can offer one month per member per year pause (with a token £4.99 to keep the account live). Apologies for the inconvenience and thanks for your understanding.
