Krav Maga rashguard

What is a Krav Maga rashgard and why would I want one?

Rashguards started life as gear to protect surfers. As surfing and BJJ culture melded in California, BJJ and MMA fighters started to see the benefits of protecting your skin from mat burn and some of the other minor damage close contact training routinely doles out. The other big benefit is that it is much less likely to rip than t shirts and other athletic gear that is not designed primarily for combat.

What items do we have on offer

Krav Maga rash guard
Krav Maga spats
Krav Maga shorts

£35 for one and £60 for two

Kids sizes don’t incur VAT so they will be a couple of quid cheaper.

We don’t carry massive amounts of stock but do currently have all adult sizes in long and short sleeve rash guards.

Sizing

The material of the spats and rashies is very stretchy. Some people like them very form fitting. I go up a size and have mine slightly looser.

Alternatives to a club rashguard?

Unlike many schools we don’t enforce a uniform. We do obviously ask that your clothes are clean and safe for everybody but by and large wear what you want.  Alternative rash guards that I recommend include Scramble and Tatami both of who make stylish and reasonably robust kit without breaking the bank.  You are also welcome to wear plain old t shirt or whatever high tech exercise clothes you wear for other workouts.

Be happy, train often and see you soon.
